I was all set to watch me some hockey tonight, when lo and behold my cable network doesn't carry the Versus network on the basic package. A man's got to pay premium for digital cable if he wants to watch those Canadian sports, I suppose. I'm pretty furious right now, especially when the game I wanted to watch went to a damn shootout. Grrrrrrrrrrr.
On top of that, I totally botched our experiment with soldering today. I don't think I'm cut out to be any sort of technician. There's a Jewish joke in there somewhere, I'm sure. And they're going to be timing us on this stuff later in the month. I do believe I'm doomed to repeat the third grade. Er, the sixth month.
On a more positive note, I didn't play a single video game outside of class all day. I did watch a lot of tv, but that's a step in the right direction, isn't it? Can we call it Awesomer Time? No, I suppose not. That would just be crazy.
Also, I'm writing this while I have company over and we're watching Boston Legal season 3. I should probably stop ignoring the guest now. See ya later, guys. Keep me up to date on the NHL until I can work out a solution.
