Phil is ridiculously wasted

Phil got really drunk to celebrate Halloween. As a blessing, it's the first time in pretty much his entire life that a bunch of children haven't been knocking down his door to get at his candy. Hooray for that. And hooray for the fact that he's writing this while totally intoxicated. He's like the Hunter S. Thompson... okay, forget about that, it was a silly idea.
